Service managers Mr Swapnil from Pune and Tecnitian’s such as Mr Pramod and Mr Pankaj are completely useless. Waste of time. Making fool out of the customer.
It has been * months since I am raising complaints with Bosch home appliances but no luck getting resolved. I purchased refrigerator January ****. It started freezing contents inside it after *-* months of use. * months and no resolution till date.
