- Refund Not Received Open
I have received a Damaged Redmi Note * Pro. I tried to contact them multiple times after * days they sent me a mail to return the product to their Address. I paid an urgent delivery charge of Rs.*** and Shipped it through DTDC tracking V********. Now the Product delivered to their warehouse on *th August. Company is Not refunding amount or not confirming status according to Company Policies, Refund will be initiated in ** hours and will be credited in next *-** working days but Now more than * days passed and No Refund is initiated Company even not informing me about the status. They are confusing me One of Their customer care executive told me that refund has been initiated while other one told me no refund or update is done in this Complaint. (Screenshots attached with the executive name) Hereby I request You to Please Take some action against Xiaomi and Help me to get a Refund of Rs.*****. Company Executives keep giving False commitments and false information.
