I ordered a fridge worth Rs *****, which was returned from delivery station itself as it was damaged,it did not even reach my house.but before that I had already paid for it from the link sent to me on what's app by Amazon India private limited.As prior to the payment it was a COD order.I have acknowledgement from Amazon on mails and screenshot of my payment however it has been over ** days my money has not been refunded inspite of repeated mails and calls.I also posted my ordeal on their Facebook page but was futile.Amazon has raised a ticket no D********* against this complaint but there has been no movement in it.My case is just being transferred from one hand to another .
