AMIT GINODIA filed complaint against Amazon India Private Limited on May 2, 2022
I had ordered for a brand new HP laptop on **st of Dec **** via order no.***-*******-*******. The said laptop was delivered on *th of January ****. On opening the said laptop I noticed that there was blue patch on the screen and the laptop was working very slowly. Immediately I lodged a complaint with HP but they have failed to provide any resolution. Subsequently I asked amazon to take back the defective product but they refused. Now after * months of continuous follow up HP India has mailed that they have a complaint for the said defect in display in the month of May ****, which is almost * months prior to my purchase date, thereby confirming that the said was used previously and was defective at the time of delivery
