QNET India Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd - Refund not received

In July or august of this year ****, they contacted me. They said they have a business opportunity for me. They told me it is a aggregator business. They told me that i have to give ₹*,**,*** for buying license of different companies to start the business. i gave them money and i have transaction screenshot also.
but after giving them money, They told me that it is not a aggregator business it is network marketing. I said them i don’t want to do network marketing but they forced me to do it. But i refused and I mailed to Qnet India about this. I mailed them on support.centre@qnetindia.in . I received a call from Qnet india about the product that they have ordered for me to join me as a distributor. I told them not to deliver the product as i am not interested in network marketing and i want my refund. They said we are cancelling your order and you can contact to customer care through call or mail. i mailed them and called in customer support. but they are not picking up the calls. They are not refunding the amount. I mailed them many times but they always reply we are working on it with a autogenerated mail. i called them on phone number ***** ***** . But they are not picking up the call. I have all the mails about the product order and all the screenshots of payment. i mailed them in september but the refund is not received yet. i also try to call them many time. i am not getting any response from them till date.
