QNET India Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd - Haven t received refund in 9 months

As per upline procedure, I have signed their agreement on **th January **** and due to my personal family issues I wanted my money back and applied for refund on **th January ****. In Feb, I have recieved a mail from the company that my refund details has been shared to accounts department and they will be transferring money soon. Since then I'm continuously sending mail and calling customer care. Since April month, I'm only getting only one reply they are verifying some documents and but there executives doesn't have any idea about which documents and also they don't have any idea how much time it'll take to refund. They are just saying I'll get refund but not received a penny since then. Please guide me or help me get my money back asap. I'm in my financial crises.
