I purchased a pair of shoes on October **, ****. In the adidas app it shows *-* days for delivery. But the product was received after a week. No worries, but the received product’s quality was pretty appalling, wearing it for the first time and kneeling down to tie the laces brought folds on the expensive pair of shoes, ***** worth adidas originals shoes. I was so disappointed and decided to return it. I requested return, it took a week and no responses and finally I receive a message from the logistics team that the return pickup failed, they did not even attempt a pickup, as I was available the whole day and I didn’t receive any calls or sms. I reported it to the customer service of adidas, I was told it will be attempted again, they have escalated the issue. But then also no response, they blamed me for the failed pickup. Later I contacted the customer service again and I was given an option to send the parcel on my own to their address they provided, in return I was told I would be given vouchers. I sent the courier the same day I was told and sent the details via their mail including the photos of the package with the tag and box and the receipt which had the tracking ID as well on November **, ****. Since then I have been suffering as there was no response from their side. I kept calling their customer service and every time I was asked to wait for *-* business days. And a lot of days passed. The product reached their warehouse, the confirmation is there, I was told I will be refunded in *-* business days, they have the call recordings. But I never received any updates rather they kept on replying my mails by asking me to send the parcel to their address which I already did. I have been walking with a torn pair of shoes for over a month now, because I can only buy a new pair from the money I receive as a refund from adidas. I have suffered both mentally and physically. Please help me.
