I have ordered a some clothes for my kid on *th Oct **** with order ID - ***********. I received them on **th Oct. when I checked the items they seemed a bit bigger for my kid and i wanted a replacement of smaller size but they didn’t had that option. I placed a new order and a return for the old items on their app. A Delhivery agent came and picked up the parcel after checking the items in it on **th Oct ****. he even asked me to open the app and show him the items that I’m returning. After comparing the items in the app and the parcel with all the tags intact,, he left. It took them ** days to send me a mail saying that they received the package to their warehouse. They only took * days to deliver from their warehouse but ** days to take it back. I got a confirmation mail on **th November saying they are processing the return. I didn’t receive any refund even after a week. I called up their customer care on **th November and their executive told me it’s a mistake to have delayed so far and that I would get a refund in a week, but two days later on **th November I got a mail saying the issue is resolved. I didn’t get any refund and when I called them again about it, they said they can’t refund as they received * scrap items to their Mumbai warehouse. When I told them that the pick up agent checked it. They said he won’t check. When I asked them to provide me with the details of the pick up agent. They said they can’t provide. When I asked them to send the scrap they received back they said they can’t do it. All they said is to let go of **** rupees as they can’t provide a refund. It is a serious supply chain mistake on their part. Their executive assured me that the delivery partner won’t make any mistakes. Even after I told him the pick up agent would confirm checking if they connected my call to them. I really didn’t expect this from H&M. I would seriously advice to stay away from them.
