I had * bookings with Zoomcar under their ***% off offer. I cancelled the bookings due to the pandemic. According to Zoomcar, their refund policy stated that refund will be initiated within **-** days. They have now changed it to ** days.
The bookings that I had made have been more than * months old now and I still haven't received any refund. I have tweeted a lot but the company keeps giving me robotic answers. Same is the case with ****s of other customers.
The worst thing is that the CEO Greg Moran doesn't even care to acknowledge these issues.
