I made a transaction on cakesportal.com on dated **.**.**** for the purchase of a cake and delivery in Lucknow. They neither delivered the cake nor refunded the money. When i tried to contact them i found they have not provided any contact no. on their website. So I emailed them my grievance and they replied that they can not refund money but can transfer into the wallet on their own website. They created a wallet and added Rs.*** into that on dated **.**.****. Later I used that money to purchase cake on dated **.**.****. They did not deliver the cake and cancelled that order and never refunded that money. I have mailed them so many times regarding this but they did not respond. They engulfed my Rs. ***/-.
