Zenul islam filed complaint against Cakes portal on Apr 30, 2021
I ordered a cake and a gift of Rs. **** on **/**/**** but cancelled it within hours. The very next day i received an email about the cancellation and it was mentioned that the money will be refunded in * days and since then i haven't received any update from them. And even now they are not replying to the emails and no contact no is mentioned on their website.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
