I ordered one realme * Pro mobile phone on * Aug ****. I paid ***** for that through ICICI credit card on EMI for * months. After one day on * Aug ****, I had to cancel that order due to some issues and I got a refund time within * business days. But it's been crossed ** days but I did not receive any refund for that. I had many conversations with Flipkart customer care but they are not responding and not giving any resolution. Also, I have paid * EMI to bank and second is coming so I have to pay interest on that EMI and GST also. Total interest is *** + ** % GST. Total is *** Rs. Also, I want complaint filing charges and I become mentally disturbed so I want amount for all these. Totally I want ***** Rs from Flipkart. Paid ***** interest with GST on EMI's - ***
