I took a dress on rent from Flyrobe Store in Rajouri on **th of March. First I reminded them to pick up the dress through repeated calls and e-mail. Afterwards, I am chasing them for the refund and it's been * months since i am waiting for the refund and writing mails to them and everytime they come up with new excuse. I am attaching the mail conversation where they have committed a certain timeline again and again and have not followed a single one.
