This is jagadeesh kushalappa here. I'm a very regular online shopper in amazon, flipkart, jabong, Aliexpress etc. I was searching for noise cancellation ear buds and found that its available in www.digicarts.com and ordered it. But when the product was arrived i found that it is not matching the product description as it is clearly mentioned in the product description(attached screenshot). So i wanna return this product and looking for a better quality product and I'm fine with higher price products as well. I requested digicartz for return as the product quality is not matching with the description and i was told that respective department will get back to me. When I didn't get any response from anyone for few days, i requested again, but no luck. Then I called digicartz and asked them to take it back and i got a horrible reply from the person who spoke to me. And I was told that he will not take it back and i have recorded the call clearly.
