Digicartz - Not exchanging the product

I had order a zhiyun smooth * gimble from digicartz this week and when I received it the strange part was that the packaging looked like it was already used and opened. Then I tried to try it but it wasn’t working as it should be. I called them multiple times. They keep avoiding and sometimes cut the call. They kept making excuses saying they will send someone to collect it. Then the *rd day they said I should send them footage of the problem of product and I did so. Then they said they would contact but they didn’t. this is extremely disappointing . As I have spent a lot and I need to use it for my filming purpose. . I’m sure they must have done this for many people. Please help me out in this
