Cleartrip ae - Refund not provided by cleartrip for the flight cancelled by airlines

I am Mohamed Raffik, an UAE resident from Abudhabi. My humble request to voxya to intervene and help me to get the refund amount from the clear trip for the flight cancelled by srilankan airlines.

I booked the two trips with cleartrip on **-Jan-**** to travel on date **th July **** during summer vacation for my family and myself . Both tickets are roundtrips. Travel is from Abudhabi to Tiruchirapalli ( AUH to TRZ) in srilankan airlines.

Later on **th June, i received an email from cleartrip mentioning that the trip was cancelled by srilankan airlines. I have contacted cleartrip and enquired about the refund process and they checked with the srilnakan airlines and confirmed via call centre that since the flight was cancelled from their side the airlines is providing full refund as per the published policy. The same statement was published in srilankan airlines website as well.

Once I received this information via clear trip, Then immediately on **th of June I cancelled these * tickets via cleartrip customer care and followed up with them for a refund. Initially I have been informed that the refund will process max within ** days, during this time also I followed up for the updates via call centre and via emails. Now it's passed *** days until today, I have called them so many times and i have followed via many emails as well. Now they stopped the support via call center and the only way to reach them is email. Whenever I send email they simply respond that the refund process is pending with airlines.

Later i emailed srinlankan airlines as well and they did not provide any information and asked to contact cleartrip since i booked the ticket via them.

I really lost hope and I raised the same with their twitter team recently and they came up with a different story and asked me to get the travel voucher or postpone the trip. Also they have no idea that srilankan airlines is not operating any flights to the same destination since march. And they have no idea how am I struggling financially in this crisis and this amount of money really means to me a lot. As the last hope I am raising this issue with voxya .

I really appreciate voxya support to raise this issue with cleartrip and help me to get the refund. I can submit any further documents required like tickets and emails from cleartrip etc...
