Raju filed complaint against Medlife on Jul 23, 2020
I have ordered this medicines on ** th June with promised delevery within **th But on **th delevery again extended to **th. On **th i got a message that your medicines are out for delevery and there given a mobile number of delevery agent. While trying to contact in that number i got a reply that person is not delevery boy and he is fed up this kind of call. Then i complained medlife cusomer care and there gets a link to status of order. At that time it was rotating somewhere in walayar for two days so i requested for refund, and purchased my medicines from local shop. My refund request was accepted by customer care and asked me to deny the delevery. As that mail i have denied the delevery on **th. Now they are mailing me that the medicines were delevered. I dont know to whom it was delevered. After so many communicatikns they agree item was not delevered. But from there to till date they are not processing refund asking same ** hours time process refund from **th June. please initiate my refund
