Booked a package from TripFactory (Travel during Feb ****). In the entire duration of the tour, there were multiple bookings cancelled at the last moment which left a very bad taste in our holiday. There were * such occasions of refund which was promised by TF out of which * was processed and another was not (** USD). I requested them multiple times for which response was "Refund would be credited in **-** days". Presently it is more than ** days and TF has stopped responding to my messages.
