It's been more than * year since I am asking for the refund. I understand you were facing issues at the time when there was complete lockdown and the travel industry was shut. As now flights to Andaman have also started, still no response from the company and not refunding my ticket amount which was cancelled due to covid outbreak.
Such a pathetic company!
