We have booked andaman trip(*N/*D) with the travel partner experience andamans in portblair. The travel plan was from **th march to **rd march from chennai. We have paid full travel amount of Rs.***** two days before our trip begins . Our travel package has been covered under voucher no ***** which was shared by travel partner. As the trip got cancelled due to covid-** pandamic situation, we have written a email to them for refund . However despite many attempts, there were no proper response from the travel partner about the refund. Then after so many failure attempts, we spoke to sharukh from experience andamans, he told that refund is not possible and only we can use that money to travel later this year.
However as my job is in danger zone, i would not prefer to travel anymore. So thus i need this full refund of money to settle my loan commitments.
But the poor response from travel agency causing me a huge stress mentally.
Kindly help me to get the refund as soon as possible.
