I ordered a product from Meesho for myself but later I realised the size was small n the quantity was not as promised. But since I got stuck up with something I was not able to return it within the exchange window. I called the customer service and they agreed for the exchange. The delivery guy took the return n went. Later from that day on I am struggling to get a refund or exchange. They denied exchange but agreed for a refund but till today after two months and after ** calls n ** emails still they have not processed my refund. They asked for a bank statement, I shared that as well but no response from them. When I call the customer service they just rudely disconnect the call without a solution. And on emails they are just fooling around. Even if it is a small amount, it is my hard earned money. And I am not going to leave them to get with this do easily.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
