- Refund not processed for more the Closed
My booking id is JPS*NYK**. I cancelled booking on **th May **** and originally refund has to be processed within * working days which is *th June **** that didn't happen. I called customer care and logged a request on *th June ****. They said within * weeks you will get the refund. So i waited for * weeks that didn't happen. Then i called again on **nd June ****. They again said within * weeks the refund will be processed. "Any time you may get the refund" reply from the Customer Care. This is not a fair response. Every time when i call they are saying two weeks time. and now no one is responding to the calls. So I'm raising a complaint here. Please do the needful.
