We have booked i** for a day .the car was at far distance from the city and it was pretty damaged.already .first i had an issue with unlocking car becoz the app is showing oustanding amount for a booking * months back!!!!!and now i have to pay it to unlock the car.i have put several emails and the agents said it will be resloved in **hrs but no response!!!.then again after the booking completed and returning the car !i got a mail saying ****rs damage charges levied on me.i have put emails and then they sent some scratch on the car as a picture .god knows if that is even from the same car!!!!i have photos of it and the car was fine when i dropped it and no damages were done by me!!!
