i have got i phone se on dt **.**.**** from *gud.com subsidiary of Flipkart. i got this phone under unboxed first category. after unboxing found hand problem in this phone working like very old phone, the same already communicated to *gud team on same day & next day, now i want to return back but seller not agree with this & providing replacement
i am facing very very poor service from seller side
please look in this matter
