i purchased unboxed mobile phone from *gud.com, that should be completely unused & with all original accessories but the phone i received was used phone with duplicate charger & missing earbuds.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
