Drivezy - Refund not issued for cancelled booking

I had made a booking with Drivezy for a Ford Figo car (PNR: **********) between dates **th August **** to **st August ****. While booking from their website the total booking amount was shown as Rs. **** and I was prompted to pay **% amount of the booking amount, i.e., Rs. ****, which I paid online on **th July ****. After making the payment, the details and documents of the booked vehicle started appearing on their mobile app. All the documents of the booked vehicle were showing as already expired. I tried to contact the Drivezy customer care by sending them multiple emails with screenshot of the expired documents but got no response. I tried contacting them through the helpline no. shown on their website but I got a response that the number is out of service. I also tried the chat option in their mobile app but that too turned out to be useless. After trying continuosly to reach them for * days and getting no response I grew tired and proceeded with the 'Cancellation' option present on the website. According to the cancellation policy that they have listed, they are supposed to deduct *% of the total booking amount i.e. Rs. *** in my case and then refund the remaining amount of Rs. **** back to me. The refund amount also started reflecting on their website and mobile and it was mentioned that the refund will be settled within * days to * week of the cancellation. When I did not receive any refund after the mentioned duration I again started sending them emails with refund requests. It has been over ** days since I cancelled my booking but I haven't received a single response from them till now. Mind you that they keep updating latest offers on their website to lure new customers and bookings at cheap rates but after that they are not bothered at all about even sending a single reply back to their customer. They are doing a digital fraud in broad daylight and duping customers off their money. I request concerned authorities to take strict action and help get back the refunds of multiple customers like me.
