On wednesday evening i booked a scooter in drivezy app, where it took booking amount and received confirmation of booking as well. But when i reached the godown to pick the scooter, no person available literallly i was waiting more than ** minutes screaming at that night. because of this delay i took cab at the late night and paid money for the mistake of drivezy.
And when i check morning the booking is cancelled automatically and there is no response from chat team or any email confirmation about my refund.
I would like to take a strong complaint and get compensated for the mistakes of drivezy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
