This is regarding the payment of INR **,*** I made to MAKEMYTRIP through a consumer loan
(LOAN ID : **E*BMW****A) of ZESTMONEY
for an EMI tenure of * months (Sep ****- May ****) with a monthly EMI of INR ****.** (**% Rate of Interest).
After paying the first EMI (INR ****.** on Aug **,**** incl processing fee) & the
second EMI (INR ****.** on Sep **,****),
I preclosed the loan on Oct *,**** with a final payment of INR **,***.**.
Due to cancellation, MAKEMYTRIP refunded the sum of INR **,*** to ZESTMONEY with the
REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER : WZEM***********
But as ZESTMONEY failed to acknowledge the refund, I contacted them though emails and in the series of
conversation, they told that the refund will be credited to the registered bank account.
There was no credibility in their words as they didn't initiate the refund at all.
Hence I had to email them repeatedly but to no avail.
Kindly help me get my money.
