K Murali filed complaint against Meesho App on May 6, 2023
I received my order of * jeans combo on **th February **** worth Rs.****/-. First we paid rs.**** to the delivery boy through gpay, but he didn't receive the notification. So we also payed through cash the same amount. Later we found that the money was deducted through gpay also. Then the delivery boy insisted us to contact the customer care for refund as he had already uploaded the delivery details. We contacted meesho on **th February ****. They asked us to send the screenshot and other details, which we instantly uploaded. We received a mail saying our problem will be resolved in * t * days. Now it's been * months. We have already called them like more than ** times. Sometimes they don't find our complaint, sometimes they just disconnect, and other times they ask for more times. We have already mailed our details * times. But still didn't get any resolution. Also after a month of my complaint, I received a mail saying they cannot help me because I didn't complaint within ** hrs, which is totally wrong . I approached them before ** hrs. Even after that they are unable to refund me.this is very disappointing.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
