ON may **st afternoon i have booked a car (eon) bomanhalli location where i should pick the car by **st may *pm. Plan changed on the last moment , si i have cancelled the booking before *hr but i havent received the balance amount which they charged cancellation charge of ***RS on the same day .

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
