I had booked the ticket for **th October and complete the payment process and the ticket was not booked after some time. I got a call that "due to operational issues tickets can't be booked so if want to proceed you have to pay an extra *** rupees". So I refused to pay and then she answered me that they have to refund within **-** days but now it almost * month, they didn't reply mail and my call. I"m frustrated this kind of website exists where they can easily fool you.
