Dear Sir,
With reference to the above trailing email communication with you regarding my refund for my air ticket which was booked on "Dated *-July-** with booking reference No-REF********* and ticket amount of Rs.**,***/-" which is still awaited to refund from your end.as per your ticket cancellation policy you have to refund me my said amount within *-* working days but till date you haven't take any action to refund my money . Even though we had lots of communication by email as well as telephonic conversation after this, there is no single response from your side now. *** days have passed, .
