Travolook in - Refund Not Initiated

I have booked a ticked on travolook.in on **-**-**** from Hyderabad to Bangalore. The payment was debited from my account but i have not received any flight confirmation. After a half n hour i got a call from travolook customer team that my ticked got cancelled due to some technical issue the amount will be refunded in * working days. Todays its *th of October and i have not received by refund yet and i am trying to call the customer care there are not at responding the call and i have send them the email for that also there is not reply. I don't how such kind of unprofessional companies have tie up with the airlines companies. I need my refund
