I booked * online tickets for my family from New Zealand to New Delhi. In March ****,India stopped all foreign visitors due to Coronavirus. Our airline (Singapore Airlines) offered a full refund and sent it to Goibibo. I contacted Goibibo customer support, and they canceled my ticket and processed the refund. On **/**/**** I got a booking cancelation email mentioning that Goibibo has processed my refund. Since then I am waiting for my refund. I have contacted the Goibibo support team many times, but no one was able to help so far. I also have sent several emails to firstname.lastname@example.org, but every time I get a standard response. Then **/**/**, I accelerated this to Goibibo management and CEO, but again no one responded yet.
