I booked a bus ticket for * people from Mumbai to Goa for *th April. Below are the details of the colossal ignorance that just increases in intensity towards the end.
*. The bus was delayed by more than one hour for pickup at night. The pickup for **:**pm happened post *:** am.
*. Last moment the boarding point was changed from Malad to Bandra.
*. The bus was not clean or maintained. Charging sockets weren't working either.
*. The bus broke down in the middle of nowhere at around * AM in the morning. We were all left stranded in heat and humidity with no access to fresh drinking water or a washroom.
*. The Goibibo customer service was an automated call that only registered the complaint. Had no way of speaking to the representatives. No one from the bus operator "Paulo Travels" was picking up the calls. Even the bus driver said he had no idea when the rescue bus would come.
*. The driver mentioned that he had complained about the poor maintenance of the bus to the management. He had raised the issues the bus was facing, however, the management ignored it and still cleared the bus for a long overnight journey.
*. The replacement bus came after * am. We were stranded there for almost * hours without food, water, and access to a washroom.
*. Bus was stranded near Lonavala. This means, post the pickup it barely traveled for * hours before it broke down. Thereby, confirming the poor condition of the bus.
*. Goa was over **-** hrs away. Therefore, we ended up wasting the whole day traveling as we reached at night. Whereas we should have reached by * PM at most.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
