I got a call from flik*kart offering me a promotional gift if I purchase something from their website worth Rs. ***/- or more. I had ordered and got a confirmation mail but regarding the gift, I had to call them back and they told I will have to pay the GST for the gift of which will be refundable once I receive the product and the gift. I paid but did not receive any confirmation or tracking id, when I called back they said I will have to pay for the insurance as well which again I paid. And I still did not receive any confirmation message or emails regarding the same. I called them up again and I demanded a refund and cancellation of the order. They said they would refund it but to refund it within ** hours they asked some more money to activate the transaction. I refused. They asked me to wait for ** days and they would refund my money. I have not received any guarantee that I would receive my money back. It's about one and a half weeks now. I don't know why it takes so long for a refund process. No customer satisfaction is adopted by this company.
