Flik2kart.com - Package not delivered and this company do a fraud

I got a call from Fik*kart and they say that when you purchase an item within *** to **** then you can win a prize of iPhone* or dell laptop or Sony TV. Then I order a Woodland purse amount of *** then he told me you won a LED TV. You pay your GST amount then I pay my GST amount **** rupees. He told me we will give you a tracking I'd but still now I can't get any tracking I'd.
Then he told me we will call you back within *min but still, now I don't have any call from fik*kart and when I called him no response from their side. I also pay insurance amount which is **** rupees. Please return my money.
