Respected sir,
My RazorPay payment ID : pay_H*ftZSGb*Gony*
I have paid for an order ID is ****** to this merchant (VLE BAZAAR) total amount of ₹*****/- with my credit card through razorpay, on **/**/****, after * weeks they cancelled my order due to some issue, I called many times to their customer care they are not even responding atlast they answered my call on may **st and told me they will refund my money back but till today (**/**/****) they haven't refunded back my money I tried a lot calling them get back my money but they are not even responding...
Kindly help me out for getting my money refunded and urge them to pay it as soon as possible with intrest.
