I bought package by paying Rs *****/- and remaining *****/- as emi and as per their refund policy i mailed them about cancellation with in * day of delivery of package(** May ****). Now they are refusing me to refund my amount, Mr Manas Tandon and Mr Gaurav Nagar from byjus both assured me that my whole amount will be refunded, now they are not picking my call and ignoring me.
I am having refund policy by Mr. Manas Tandon which clears everything about refund. Now they are rfusing me for refund of Rs *****/-. Pls help me,I am waiting for your reply.
