I have ordered bajaj majesty icx induction cooktop from shop.bajajelectricals.com on 6 jan 2018 it has almost been 1 month i have neither received my product nor got refund. Whenever i call customer care they just say they will refund amount today but neither they refund amount nor they call back. It has been a very frustrating experience for me.
