My PNR number was RNRGNR with a two-way journey. I wanted to cancel my return ticket three days prior to the journey. The app of happy go easy wasn't helpful so I went ahead and cancelled the tickets from the Indigo website receiving a refund of ****, post which indigo said that I will receive the refund from the website I used to book the ticket (happy easy go). In the meantime, the website wasn't enabling my cancelling button for the ticket so I kept emailing them. They finally cancelled the ticket from their website on the day of the journey, even though the ticket was cancelled from Indigo. Then I got to know that I will receive just *** out of **** that I was refunded from indigo. How is this even possible? What logic was used behind this? I need my money back and the time wasted to cancel the ticket. It's disgusting how the customer care executive talked to me having no regard for my money. Please take care of this. Would like to know what else I can do about this.
