 - Refund not done Closed

I've booked * tickets using RAILYATRI app on **th Feb from Chennai to coimbatore. After I've done with the booking, the amount got debited from my account(Rs.****) but the booking id or PNR number was not generated. I tried reaching out the railyatri team but they didn't answer.I also mailed them but they replied with just a computer generated mail with no contact information. So I raised my issue in twitter, for that they replied that the issue will be resolved shortly. I just got a refund id *******., Stating that the refund is processed and will be done in ** days.
It's almost been ** days since I got that mail, still there's no response from this Railyatri team. I've mailed them, there's no response.
I'm facing the Worst experience with Railyatri. I just want the refund amount back in my account.

I've also attached the proofs of successful transaction and my mails which they didnt even respond properly.
