- Refund not done by Xiaomi India Closed
I am very sad and depressed due to the incident done by the Xiaomi India, I needed a mobile phone so I purchased it on mi store on *st of october **** by paying full amount of Rs ***** after that they took one month to ship the product so I called customer care and told them to cancel my order because I have waited for it too long so they told me to be patient and they will ship it soon after that I still waited and did'nt shipped so finally I decided to cancel it so I called customer service once again and they told we cant cancel if the product arrives at your doorstep you refuse to take it and when the product return back to us we will refund it back to your bank account so I agreed to do so, but the product return back to them one month back and from one month they are saying to me refund will reflect in your account in ** days but after ** days when i call them they again say the refund will reflect in ** days in your account but it took one month and today is *st of december, I ordered the product on *st october after so long i did'nt get any refund and they are making fool and not refunding my money, they are making excuses and everytime they say we cant help in this.. I am totally helpless please help me voxya team.. i need your help to get my paid amount back its huge amount of money Rs *****.. I am very stressed and feeling low due to this incident.. my order id is ****************
