Immediate Action Required: Escalation of Unresolved Refund Request Complaint Nos. ******** & ********
Dear Bajaj Allianz Customer Care,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way my previous complaint (Complaint No. ************) has been handled. Despite my initial email and multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a proper response or resolution. Instead, I have been provided with a new complaint number (************), which only indicates further delays.
This is completely unacceptable. The insurance policy (Policy No: **OG-**-****-****-**********) issued under the name of **Suhas Rao Kulkarni** for the vehicle **Toyota Glanza** (Registration No: KA**P****) was registered and paid for on ****/**/******. However, the policy was incorrectly set to commence from **October ******, leaving the vehicle uninsured for a significant period.
Despite having paid **Rs. ****** in full through PhonePe, Bajaj Allianz has failed to issue a policy with the correct dates or provide a refund, causing us immense inconvenience and frustration.
I demand an immediate refund of **Rs. ****** to the original payment source without any further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities and take legal action for this gross negligence and lack of customer service.
I expect a concrete resolution to this matter within the next **** hours**. This is the final notice before I escalate further.
