It is to inform you that I have applied for my motor insurance claim which is done by Bajaj Allianz through Arvind Hyundai Agra at the time of purchase of car(Hyundai Verna),my vehicle registration no is UP ** EX ****,everything required regarding claim is submitted by me to Mr. Dheerebdra Pratap Singh the agent of Bajaj Allianz present their in Arvind Hyundai, Agra,(up), I have done the same signature which is done by me at the time of purchasing insurance but he said that the sign done by me doesn't match with the sign on pan card. What type of objection is that???
An individual can have more than one signatures and the signatures done by me are the same which were done on the papers while purchasing motor insurance, if they don't match, I find my fault, but by this, he is only torturing people by his unnecessary demand.
Even I have called on their tollfree number to confirm is it necessary to do sign the same which is on Pan card, they said NO, still Mr. Dheerendra Pratap Singh doesn't want to listen and said do whatever you can, he's not going to process my claim.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
