Myntra claims that the order failed to get processed due to a payment gateway issue & unfortunately, the money debited from my account towards payment of the order has also not been received by Myntra.
The same should have already been reversed by the payment gateway which I haven't recieved till now even after * days of transaction. As claimed by the merchant the amount of Rs *,*** is with the bank. Therefore I kindly request you to enquire and credit the mentioned amount to my bank account.
