This is in reference to the refund request made to yatra dated **nd July'** under booking reference number ************. The booking was cancelled directly with the airline Indigo and within * working days Indigo returned the amount to Yatra. From Jul ** **** to till date Yatra has been giving false promise to return my amount. I have received * mails earlier stating that refund has been initiated but till today no amount has been credited to my bank account. I have sent several mails requesting for the refund but every time i get cheated.
