I stayed in nestaway homes from March till September **th..I should have received my refund within a week since they said house is eligible for instant refund. In their website they have updated that payment has been done on October *st along with a receipt having bank transaction utr number.but amount is not credited to my account yet. I raised a query regarding this and then they asked me to send my bank statement .but no response till now and no way to contact them..totally frustrated because of this and I don't know whom to contact as they operating like ghost.this is the final platform where I thought I could raise my voice.Its not about the money but having the thought of being a victim of such scam is painful.
