Jabong.com - Refund not being credited

i ordered a product on an online shopping site named Jabong. However, the product was not of quality and hence i returned it. They picked up the product from my place but have't yet refunded my money. Their customer helpline no. is useless as nobody answers the call no matter whenever you call. I dropped an email on their customer care id provided but nobody answered it yet. It's been * days since I dropped the mail providing all my details. Yet they haven't proceeded with my issue, neither have they provided me an update. i checked on their online page, a lot of people are facing this problem. i do not know how to connect with them or get my money back. i doibt they have a real customer care service. They claim to contact withing ** hours, but they don't.
