We have done the booking on your website on ****-**-** as per the available slot in Thangamayil travels. I have checked with the Thanagamayil travels personally for the bus details and came to know that bus is not available for these days due to COVID**
Please initiate a full amount refund and cancellation from your end. This is not our mistake. Please call me for further information needed.
But still no reply from Yatra.com
